(Photo by Adam Berry/Getty Images) أذنت النيابة العمومية بالمحكمة الإبتدائية بتونس لأعوان الوحدة الوطنية للبحث في الجرائم المالية المتشعّبة بإدارة الشرطة العدلية بالقرجاني بالاحتفاظ بكاتب محكمة يرأس جمعية، وذلك مدة خمسة أيام قابلة للتمديد وذلك من أجل شبهات تبييض الأموال.
وحسب المعطيات المتوفرة فقد تقرر مباشرة الأبحاث اللازمة في حق رئيس الجمعية من أجل شبهات تتعلق باستغلال موظف عمومي لصفته لاستخلاص فائدة لا وجه لها والإثراء غير المشروع وغسيل وتبييض الأموال. كما تقرر أن تشمل الأبحاث البعض من أفراد عائلة المشتبه به.
